One control point for AI access to SAP Business ByDesign

mcpbizapps gives IT one place to decide who may use which SAP Business ByDesign tools from which AI assistant, when a change needs approval, and to read the audit log or cut off access instantly. Business data is read live and not stored.

What people ask, and what they get back

  1. "Who used the sales order tools this week?"

The audit log filters by person, event type, tool, result and date range, and exports to CSV for your records.

  2. "Martin left the company. Remove his access."

Deactivate him in the console. Every AI client he connected is refused on its next request, and he cannot sign in again.

  3. "Stop all changes in ByDesign while we review."

Switch off order creation. Assistants can still look things up and prepare previews, but nothing is created.

Questions people ask

Do people need a ByDesign user to use it?

No. They sign in to mcpbizapps with their work email. mcpbizapps calls ByDesign with one dedicated integration user, and the audit log and a note on created records name the real person.

Can we see which AI client a person used?

Yes. Sign-ins and connections in the audit log name the client, for example Claude or ChatGPT.

How fast does a deactivation take effect?

On the next request. Existing AI client connections are refused and the person is told their access was turned off.
