Clari for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Each week's Clari forecast call raises the same questions. With mcpbizapps, sales leaders put them to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot: how commit compares with last week, which opportunities were pushed, where pipeline coverage looks thin, which deals have gone quiet. Managers stay inside their own rollups. A submission that moves more than 10% from last week needs the VP of Sales. Your revenue team comes on board through a guided pilot.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Clari
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Clari under a named person.
-
Submit a forecast call for a team
A submission more than 10% away from last week's call needs the VP of Sales.
-
Update next steps and close date on an opportunity
Pushing a deal above $75,000 out of the quarter needs the manager's approval.
-
Flag a set of opportunities for deal review
Managers flag deals in their own team for review without a second approver.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Clari
Clari numbers feed hiring plans, spending and board updates, so a careless change to commit travels far. The preview shows how a submission or deal edit would move the forecast. Large swings need a senior leader, and pushing a big deal out of the quarter needs the manager. Later you can see who asked and who agreed.

Clari questions
Can ChatGPT tell me what changed in our Clari forecast?
Yes. Ask how commit, best case or pipeline moved since a past date, and Clari supplies the numbers along with the deals behind each change. A manager sees only the teams their role covers.
Can the assistant submit our forecast in Clari?
It can prepare the submission with the numbers you give it and show it next to last week's call. The manager confirms, and large changes wait for a senior leader to approve.
Clari is now part of Salesloft. Does that change anything?
Not for the forecast questions on this page. We confirm during the pilot which Clari and Salesloft products your team runs. Salesloft cadences and recorded conversations can be connected as their own app, under separate roles from forecast data.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Clari data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Clari through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Clari is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Salesloft; the name describes the connection only.
