AI assistants for CRM and sales
An AI assistant connected to your CRM answers pipeline and account questions from live records and drafts the updates reps tend to put off: stage changes, next steps and follow-up tasks. mcpbizapps decides which records each person can reach by role, shows every change as a preview before it is saved, sends discounts and large edits to a manager, and logs each request by name so sales leaders can see what was asked.
Every app is available

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Pipeline reviews before forecast calls
Sales managers ask which deals slipped, which have no next step and what moved this week, and get answers drawn from the live pipeline instead of last Friday's exported spreadsheet.
-
Account briefings for reps
Before a meeting a rep asks for the account history: open deals, recent activities, contacts by role and any open support issues, summed up in a few lines.
-
Clean CRM updates after calls
The assistant turns a rep's notes into the stage change, close date and next step. The rep checks the preview and saves it, so records stay current without extra admin time.
-
Territory and ownership checks
RevOps asks which accounts have no owner, which reps carry the most open deals and where lead follow-up lags, without building a new report for each question.

- “How much deal value came from the spring email campaign, by stage?”
- “When did we last call Opal Street Bakery, and what was the outcome?”

- “Which partners in our Partners object have a deal linked to them this quarter?”

What to control in CRM and sales
A CRM holds personal contact details, deal values and discount history, and one careless mass update can reassign hundreds of records. Roles keep reps in their own territories and hide fields such as margin from people who should not see them. Previews show exactly which records will change. Approvals catch deep discounts, stage moves on large deals and bulk edits before they are saved, and the audit log names the person behind every request.

CRM and sales questions
Can an AI assistant update deals in our CRM?
Yes, with checks. The assistant prepares the update and shows a preview. The person confirms it, and changes above your limits, such as a deep discount or a bulk reassignment, wait for a manager. Nothing is written until those steps are complete.
Will reps see accounts outside their territory?
Only if their role allows it. During the pilot we map roles to the territories, teams and fields each group already works with, so an assistant answers inside the same boundaries your sales leaders expect today.
Is our contact data copied into the AI tool?
Lookups read live records for the question being asked, and mcpbizapps does not store them. Admins can also set a CRM connection to view only, so assistants can answer questions but cannot prepare any changes at all.
