Infor CloudSuite for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Plant managers, buyers and controllers can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about Infor CloudSuite: customer orders due to ship, jobs behind schedule, purchase orders waiting on receipt and item availability at each site. Access follows sites and functions, and larger changes wait for an approver. Because each CloudSuite is shaped to its industry, we agree the records and roles with you in a guided pilot.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Infor CloudSuite
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Infor CloudSuite under a named person.
-
Prepare a customer order from a scanned purchase order
Orders above $40,000 or at non-standard prices go to the sales manager.
-
Change the due date on a purchase order line
The buyer confirms; changes that delay a released job need the planner.
-
Create a transfer order between two sites
Transfers above $15,000 of stock value need the materials manager.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Infor CloudSuite
CloudSuite runs production, inventory and costing for every site, and a wrong date or quantity ripples through schedules quickly. A buyer delaying a purchase order line can stall a released job. That is why the planner signs off on such delays, and large transfers between sites go to the materials manager.

Infor CloudSuite questions
Which Infor CloudSuite products does this cover?
We scope it to the CloudSuite you run, such as Industrial, Distribution or another industry suite, and to the records your teams use most. That scope is agreed in writing at the start of the pilot.
Can site managers see only their own site?
Yes. Roles can be set per site, so a plant manager sees jobs, orders and stock for one location while a division controller compares all sites in the same question.
Does the assistant replace our Infor reports?
No. It answers quick questions from live records and can follow the same filters your reports use. Scheduled reports and dashboards you rely on keep working exactly as they did before.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Infor CloudSuite data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Infor CloudSuite through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Infor CloudSuite is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Infor; the name describes the connection only.
