Agentforce Commerce for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Digital commerce teams on Agentforce Commerce, formerly Salesforce Commerce Cloud, spend a lot of time checking promotions and price books site by site. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer how a campaign performed, which price book applies in a region, which orders failed export and which products are offline. Each person sees the sites their role covers. A guided pilot sets it up next to your other Salesforce apps.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Agentforce Commerce
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Agentforce Commerce under a named person.
-
Prepare a coupon code batch for a loyalty campaign
Batches above 1,000 codes or worth over 20% need the merchandising director.
-
Schedule a promotion end date change
Extending a promotion past its campaign dates needs the pricing manager to approve.
-
Set a product online or offline on one site
Ordinary products are toggled by the merchandiser; taking a hero product offline needs the site manager.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Agentforce Commerce
A promotion set too wide in Agentforce Commerce reaches thousands of shoppers before anyone notices. Coupon batches above 1,000 codes go to the merchandising director, and extending a promotion past its campaign needs the pricing manager. Hero products cannot go offline without the site manager. Brand teams work only on their own sites, and each request is tied to a named merchandiser.

Agentforce Commerce questions
Is Agentforce Commerce the same as Salesforce Commerce Cloud?
Yes. Salesforce renamed Commerce Cloud to Agentforce Commerce in 2025. The storefronts, orders, promotions and price books are the same, and many teams still use the old name or call it SFCC.
Does it cover B2C Commerce and B2B Commerce?
We connect the edition you run during the pilot. Most questions are about orders, promotions, catalogs and price books, and each role gets the tools that fit its part of the business.
Can it change promotions on a live site?
It prepares changes such as an end date or a coupon batch. The merchandiser reviews the preview, and changes beyond your rules need an approver before anything reaches shoppers on the storefront.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Agentforce Commerce data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Agentforce Commerce through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Agentforce Commerce is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Salesforce; the name describes the connection only.
