AI assistants for ecommerce and online stores
Support agents, merchandisers and store managers ask the same things every hour: where an order is, which products are selling out, how a promotion performed. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer from your online store or marketplace account, for the stores each person works on. Refunds, discounts and price changes start as previews, and anything past your limits goes to a lead.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Order lookups for support
A support agent asks for an order's status, tracking and refund history by order number or customer email, and answers the customer without switching between the store admin and the shipping app.
-
Promotion results the next morning
A merchandiser asks how many orders used a discount code, the average order value with and without it and which products sold most during the sale.
-
Stock and sell-through checks
Store managers ask which variants are close to selling out across locations and which slow movers have not sold in 60 days, before planning the next markdown.
-
Refunds within policy
Agents prepare a partial or full refund from a customer request, see the amount and payment method first, and send larger refunds to a team lead for approval.

What to control in Commerce
In a store, revenue, customer addresses and order history sit side by side, with payment details close behind. What goes wrong is a refund issued twice, a discount code shared too widely or a customer's details shown to the wrong employee. Agents only reach their own stores and tasks. Full card details never come back in answers. Refunds, prices and discounts are shown before saving, larger amounts go to an approver, and finance or fraud reviews can see who asked.

Commerce questions
Can an AI assistant issue refunds in our store?
It drafts the refund with amount, items and payment method for the agent to check. Small refunds go through when the agent agrees, larger ones wait for a lead, and the request stays on record under the agent's name.
Will the assistant see customer payment card numbers?
No. The assistant works with order, product and customer records. Full card numbers are held by your payment provider and are not part of the answers, and roles can hide customer contact details from people who do not need them.
Can we connect more than one store or marketplace?
Yes. Each store or marketplace is its own connection, and roles decide who can use which. A team can ask about a Shopify store and an Amazon account in the same conversation, with each answer naming its source.
