AI assistants for supply chain and logistics
Planners, buyers and warehouse leads ask the same things all day: where a shipment is, which items will run short, what is stuck at the dock. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer from the warehouse, planning, freight and inventory apps you run. Stock counts and costs move real money, so purchase orders, holds and adjustments past your limits go to an approver after a preview.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Shipment status without the portal
A customer service rep asks where a container or parcel is and gets the latest milestone, the carrier and the revised arrival date, instead of opening three tracking screens.
-
Shortage and reorder checks
Buyers ask which items fall below safety stock in the next four weeks and which suppliers have late open orders, then review a suggested purchase order before anything is sent.
-
Warehouse shift questions
A shift lead asks which orders missed carrier cutoff, which waves are still open and which locations need replenishment before the evening pick starts.
-
Plan versus actual for leaders
Supply chain directors compare forecast to sales by region or product family and ask what changed since last week, with answers that name the plan version used.

What to control in Supply chain and logistics
Here a mistake shows up as money and missed trucks. One wrong stock adjustment or a purchase order sent twice can distort margins, trigger rush freight or leave a customer short. A buyer sees their own suppliers and a shift lead their own building. Adjustments, orders and holds appear as a preview first, and quantities or values past your limits need an inventory or purchasing manager. Cycle count and month end reviews can trace each change back to the person behind it.

Supply chain and logistics questions
Can an assistant change stock levels in our warehouse or inventory system?
It can prepare an adjustment or transfer, but nothing is saved until the person confirms the preview. You set limits by quantity or value, and anything above them waits for an inventory manager. Admins can also keep a connection view only while the team builds trust.
Will answers about shipments and stock be current?
Yes. Each question reads the app at the moment it is asked, so the answer reflects the latest scan, milestone or count the app holds. mcpbizapps does not keep a copy of your inventory or shipment data.
Can suppliers or carriers use it?
No. The gateway is for your own staff, who sign in with their work email. A buyer, a planner and a warehouse lead each get the tools for their job, and suppliers or carriers keep using the portals they have today.
