The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

    Assemblies run on the coordinator's check unless they use more than half a component's stock; then the planner approves.

We connect whichever edition you run during the pilot. The record names differ a little between them, and the assistant uses the terms your edition shows, so your staff recognize every record it mentions.

Can it answer stock questions across all our channels?

Yes. Ask about available, allocated or on order quantities for a product, and the answer reflects all channels Cin7 manages, broken down by location or channel when you ask for it.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Cin7 data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Cin7 through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
