Netstock for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Buyers using Netstock start the week with order recommendations waiting for review, items with the biggest forecast variance, excess stock that keeps building and suppliers with the longest lead times. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer them for the suppliers and branches each buyer covers. The guided pilot runs beside the ERP Netstock already reads from.

Changes, governed

What the assistant can prepare in Netstock

The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

  1. 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
  2. 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
  3. 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
  4. 4 Saved and logged Written to Netstock under a named person.
  • Approve a set of order recommendations for one supplier

Recommendations totaling more than $20,000 need the purchasing manager to approve.

  • Override the forecast for an item with a note

Overrides above 25% of the system forecast go to the planning lead.

  • Mark an exception as reviewed

The planner who owns the item confirms the preview and the note is saved with it.

Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.

Why it needs care

Governance built for Netstock

Netstock recommendations become real purchase orders in your ERP, so an approved batch commits cash. Batches over $20,000 need the purchasing manager. Forecast overrides above 25% go to the planning lead. Buyers keep to their own suppliers and branches, and working capital reviews can see who approved each batch.

  • Sign-in by work email

Only people you invite, with a one-time code. No shared logins.

  • Roles per tool

Each role reaches only the Netstock records it needs.

  • View only, if you prefer

Admins can keep a connection to lookups with one switch.

  • A preview first

Every change is shown in full before anything is saved.

  • Approval rules

Above your limits, a second person approves the change.

  • One audit log

Every request tied to a named person, ready for review.

Netstock questions

Can the assistant approve Netstock order recommendations?

It prepares the approval with the items, quantities and value. The buyer confirms, and batches above your limit wait for the purchasing manager. Approved orders then pass to your ERP the way Netstock already does it.

Does it explain forecast exceptions?

It lists items with the largest variance and shows the sales and forecast behind each one, so planners can decide what to adjust. It reports the numbers Netstock holds and does not change forecasts without a confirmed preview.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Netstock data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Netstock through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.

Netstock is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Netstock; the name describes the connection only.
