Faire for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Brands selling wholesale on Faire need to know which orders wait for acceptance, which retailers reorder most and which products are out of stock. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer that, and compare trade show seasons. Each person sees what their job needs. Your Faire brand account goes live in a guided pilot, connected alongside your store and shipping apps.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Faire
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Faire under a named person.
-
Accept a new wholesale order
Orders above $2,000 or from a new retailer need the wholesale manager.
-
Update a product's wholesale inventory count
Small corrections are saved once the planner checks them; anything above 100 units needs the inventory manager.
-
Add tracking details to a shipped order
The operations lead confirms the carrier and tracking before saving.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Faire
Each Faire order commits stock and a ship date to an independent retailer planning their shelves around it. Orders above $2,000, or the first order from a new retailer, need the wholesale manager. Inventory changes over 100 units go to the inventory manager. Wholesale, operations and finance keep to their own tasks, and every acceptance is logged by name.

Faire questions
Can the assistant accept Faire orders?
It drafts the acceptance and lists the order lines, ship date and retailer for review. Routine orders are accepted when the wholesale coordinator agrees. You can require the wholesale manager for large orders or a retailer's first order.
Can it compare Faire with our own wholesale channel?
Yes, if your other channel is connected too, such as Shopify or a wholesale portal. Each answer names its source, so Faire figures and direct wholesale figures stay separate in every report.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Faire data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Faire through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Faire is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Faire; the name describes the connection only.
