Adobe Experience Manager for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Web producers, DAM librarians and marketers can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about Adobe Experience Manager: pages modified but not published, content fragments stuck in a workflow, assets whose usage rights expired and language copies behind the source. Sites and asset folders follow each role, and drafts or metadata changes are shown before saving. A guided pilot names the AEM sites and folders in scope.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Adobe Experience Manager
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Adobe Experience Manager under a named person.
-
Create a draft content fragment from a brief
The fragment stays unpublished, and it goes through your existing approval workflow.
-
Start a review workflow on a page
The author confirms the reviewers, and the workflow itself decides who approves publishing.
-
Update metadata on a folder of assets
The person confirms the values; changes to usage rights fields need the DAM librarian to approve.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Adobe Experience Manager
Licensed images in AEM carry strict usage terms, and a page that still shows an expired one is a legal problem. The assistant never publishes. Changes to usage rights fields need the DAM librarian, and your AEM workflows still decide who approves a page. Authors can trace each draft or metadata edit back to the person who requested it.

Adobe Experience Manager questions
Does it work with AEM Sites and AEM Assets?
Yes. Pages, experience fragments and content fragments from Sites, and assets with their metadata from Assets, can be included. During the pilot we agree which sites and folders are in scope for each team.
Will the assistant bypass our AEM workflows?
No. It can start a workflow you already use and report where items sit in it, but approvals and publishing still happen inside AEM by the people your workflow names.
Can it find assets with expired usage rights?
Yes, when expiry dates and rights are recorded in asset metadata. It can list assets past or near expiry and the pages that still reference them, so authors can replace them.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Adobe Experience Manager data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Adobe Experience Manager through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Adobe Experience Manager is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Adobe; the name describes the connection only.
