AI assistants for content and digital assets
Finding the right entry, page or approved image is half the work in a content team. Connected to content management and asset tools, an assistant finds it, spots content that is out of date and prepares drafts for editors. People reach only the spaces and collections they already use. Whatever the assistant writes stays a draft, publishing remains with your editors, and mcpbizapps keeps a named record of each request.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Finding approved assets fast
Marketers and sales teams ask for the approved photo, logo or one-pager for a product and region, and get the current version with its usage rights.
-
Content audits before a launch
Editors find every entry or page that still mentions an old price, product name or address, so they can fix them before the launch goes live.
-
Drafting from a brief
A campaign brief becomes draft entries, posts or collection items in the right content type, ready for an editor to review in the usual workflow.
-
Metadata and translation gaps
Content operations teams list assets with missing alt text or tags, and entries with locales that lag behind the source language.

Governance
What to control in Content and digital assets
Content systems publish to the world. A slip here looks like an unreviewed change on a live page, an image used after its rights expired, or launch content seen before the embargo lifts. mcpbizapps keeps everything the assistant prepares as a draft, so publishing stays inside your editors' review workflow. Access follows the sites and collections each person already works in, archiving and bulk edits need approval, and editors can see who requested each change.

Content and digital assets questions
Can an AI assistant publish to our website?
No. It prepares drafts and metadata changes, the person confirms them, and publishing stays with your editors through the review steps you already use. Nothing it prepares goes live on its own.
Does the assistant know which assets we may still use?
It reads the usage rights, expiry dates and approval status your team records on each asset, and answers say when an asset is expired or restricted. The quality of that answer depends on the metadata you keep.
Can it help with translations and locales?
It can list entries and pages where a locale is missing or older than the source language, and prepare draft text for a translator to review. Translated content still goes through your normal approval before it is published.
