Can an AI assistant see every file in our drives?
No. The integration user only reaches the drives and folders you include in the pilot, and roles narrow that for each person. Most companies start with a few team folders and leave HR and legal areas out until owners agree.
Can the assistant share files with people outside the company?
No. Granting outside access is not something it offers. It can report which files are already shared outside so owners can review them, and it can prepare changes that remove sharing for the owner to confirm.
Does it change cells or rows in spreadsheets?
