AI assistants for contracts and e-signatures
Where does this agreement stand, who still has to sign, and which contracts renew next quarter? With contract and e-signature tools connected, an assistant answers those questions and spots terms that differ from your standard. It can prepare drafts, reminders and tags too. In mcpbizapps, sending for signature and changing terms stay with people, every draft is shown first, and approvals follow your legal rules.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Signature status without chasing
Sales, HR and procurement teams ask who still has to sign an agreement and when it was last viewed, instead of messaging legal for an update.
-
Renewal and notice date tracking
Finance and legal ops ask which contracts auto-renew or reach their notice date in the next quarter, so nobody misses the chance to renegotiate.
-
Spotting non-standard terms
Counsel asks which signed agreements deviate from the standard payment term, liability cap or governing law, across hundreds of contracts at once.
-
Drafts from approved templates
A requester gives the details and the assistant prepares a draft from an approved template, ready for the owner to review and send.

What to control in Contracts and signatures
Contracts bind the company, and a signature cannot be taken back. What goes wrong is an agreement sent to the wrong person, terms changed without legal review, or confidential pricing read by people outside the deal. mcpbizapps keeps sending and term changes with people and prepares only drafts and reminders, each shown first. A rep sees the agreements their team owns, approvals follow your signing authority, and legal can trace each contract lookup to a name.

Contracts and signatures questions
Can an AI assistant send a contract for signature?
No. It prepares a draft from an approved template and can send reminders on agreements a person already sent. Sending a new agreement for signature, and any change to its terms, stays with the people who own it.
Can it find contracts that renew soon?
Yes. It reads renewal, expiry and notice dates recorded on each agreement and lists the ones coming up, with the owner and counterparty. Answers depend on those dates being recorded in your contract tool.
Who can see contract values and terms?
Only roles you allow. A sales rep might see the status of their own deals, while legal and finance see terms and values across the company. Legal ops can later review who looked at which agreement.
