Storyblok for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Marketing teams can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot which Storyblok stories sit in a review workflow stage, what is scheduled in an upcoming release, which landing pages still use an old banner component and where translations lag. Spaces and folders follow each person's role, and new stories stay drafts until an editor publishes them. A guided pilot starts with one space, often a single brand.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Storyblok
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Storyblok under a named person.
-
Create a draft story from a campaign brief
The story stays a draft, and an editor reviews it in the visual editor and publishes it.
-
Move stories to the next workflow stage
The person confirms the move; stages that lead to publishing need the editorial lead to approve.
-
Add draft stories to an upcoming release
The editorial lead confirms which stories join the release before it is scheduled.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Storyblok
A Storyblok release can push many stories live across sites and languages at once. Nothing the assistant prepares is published. Moving a story into a stage that leads to publishing needs the editorial lead, who also decides which stories join a release. Editors see each change in the visual editor, and the history shows who prepared it.

Storyblok questions
Does it understand our Storyblok components?
Yes. It reads the component schemas in your space, including nested blocks, so questions can name a component such as Hero Banner or Pricing Table and get the stories that use it.
Can the assistant publish Storyblok stories?
No. It creates and edits drafts and can move a story between workflow stages you allow. Publishing stays with your editors, who see the change in the visual editor before it goes live.
Does it work with several Storyblok spaces?
Yes, if you include them. Many companies run a space per brand or region, and roles can keep each team inside its own space while a central content lead sees all of them.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Storyblok data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Storyblok through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Storyblok is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Storyblok; the name describes the connection only.
