Brandfolder for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Marketing, sales enablement and partner teams can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot which Brandfolder logos get downloaded most, where the current one-pager for a segment lives, which assets have no labels and which share links never expire. Sections and collections follow each role, and label or collection changes are shown first. The guided pilot usually begins with the brand team's own sections.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Brandfolder
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Brandfolder under a named person.
-
Apply labels to a group of assets
The person confirms the labels; more than eighty assets at once needs the DAM administrator to approve.
-
Add assets to a sales collection
The sales enablement manager confirms which assets join the collection.
-
Set an expiration date on assets tied to a campaign
The brand manager approves expiration dates before they are saved.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Brandfolder
Share links from Brandfolder travel to agencies and partners and often stay open for years. The assistant reports on those links but does not create new ones. Labeling more than eighty assets goes to the DAM administrator, and expiration dates need the brand manager. The brand team can see which searches each person ran.

Brandfolder questions
Can the assistant report on Brandfolder share links?
Yes. It can list share links for a collection or section, who created them and whether they expire, so the brand team can decide which to close. Creating new share links stays with your team.
Does it work with attachments inside an asset?
Yes. Brandfolder assets can hold several attachments, such as print and web versions of the same file. The assistant can tell them apart by format and size and point to the one a person needs.
Can it see download activity?
It can summarize which assets and sections are used most over a period, which helps a brand team see what people actually rely on and what can be retired or replaced with a newer version.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Brandfolder data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Brandfolder through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Brandfolder is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Smartsheet; the name describes the connection only.
