Does it work with Blackboard Ultra courses?
Yes. It works with courses in both the Ultra and Original Course View, and can report which view each course uses, which helps teams planning a move to Ultra term by term.
Can the assistant see student accommodations?
Only roles you allow, such as the accessibility office. Instructors can see that an exception exists on a test without seeing the reason behind it, if that is how your campus sets roles during the pilot.
Can it post to Blackboard discussions?
It can prepare an announcement or a discussion post as a preview from the instructor's own words. The instructor confirms it before it appears, and posts to many courses wait for an approver.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Blackboard Learn data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Blackboard Learn through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
