Braze for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

mcpbizapps gives lifecycle and CRM teams Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answers from Braze: which Canvases drive conversions, how big a segment is today, which push campaigns hurt opt-in rates and how a Canvas variant compares with control. Roles decide who sees user profiles, every change is previewed, and messages to large audiences need an approver. A guided pilot sets up the Braze connection with your CRM team.

Ask in a sentence

What can your team ask Braze?

Questions from CRM manager, lifecycle marketer, mobile marketing manager and others, answered from live Braze data and only for the people allowed to see them.

Records it works with

  • Canvases
  • Campaigns
  • Segments
  • Content Cards
  • User profiles
  • Custom events
  • Catalogs
  • CRM manager

“Which Canvases had the highest conversion rate on the Purchase event last month?”

  • Lifecycle marketer

“How did the variant with the push step compare with the control group in the onboarding Canvas?”

  • Mobile marketing manager

“Did push opt-in rate drop on iOS after the October promo campaign?”

  • Growth analyst

“How many users are in the Lapsed 30 Days segment, and how has it changed week over week?”

  • VP of growth

“Which channel, push, email or in-app message, drove the most conversions across all Canvases this quarter?”

  • CRM specialist

“Which Content Cards are still live after their campaign end date?”

Changes, governed

What the assistant can prepare in Braze

The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

  1. 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
  2. 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
  3. 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
  4. 4 Saved and logged Written to Braze under a named person.
  • Stop a running campaign or Canvas

The CRM manager confirms the preview; stopping a Canvas with more than 50,000 users in progress needs the lifecycle lead to approve.

  • Schedule a push campaign to a segment

Pushes to more than 100,000 users or sent between 9 pm and 8 am local time need a second approver.

  • Add internal testers to a test segment

Only users flagged as employees can be added, and the CRM specialist confirms the preview.

Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.

Why it needs care

Governance built for Braze

Braze can reach every app user in seconds through push and in-app messages, and a send at night or to the wrong segment is visible to everyone at once. Send rights and profile access follow each role. Reachable user counts appear per channel before anything goes out, and large or off-hours sends need a second person. Every stop or schedule names who asked.

  • Sign-in by work email

Only people you invite, with a one-time code. No shared logins.

  • Roles per tool

Each role reaches only the Braze records it needs.

  • View only, if you prefer

Admins can keep a connection to lookups with one switch.

  • A preview first

Every change is shown in full before anything is saved.

  • Approval rules

Above your limits, a second person approves the change.

  • One audit log

Every request tied to a named person, ready for review.

Braze questions

Can Claude analyze Braze Canvas results?

Yes. It reads Canvas analytics such as entries, conversions per variant and step performance, and compares variants with the control group. A lifecycle marketer gets the answer without building a custom report.

Does the assistant change Canvas steps?

Not in the setup most teams choose. It can stop or schedule campaigns and prepare segment changes as previews, while editing Canvas steps and message content stays in Braze with your CRM team.

Can it see individual user profiles?

Only for the roles you allow. Many teams give analysts segment counts and trends, and limit profile lookups to support or CRM staff who need them for a specific customer case.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Braze data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Braze through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.

Braze is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Braze; the name describes the connection only.
