ChurnZero for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

ChurnZero shows how customers use your product, and mcpbizapps lets your CS team ask about it in Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot. Find accounts with a falling ChurnScore, customers stuck on a Journey milestone, Plays running on a segment and tasks waiting in the Command Center. CSMs stay with their own accounts. Renewal amount changes above $10,000 need the head of customer success. Setup begins with a guided pilot.

Ask in a sentence

What can your team ask ChurnZero?

Questions from CSM, CS manager, head of Customer Success and others, answered from live ChurnZero data and only for the people allowed to see them.

Records it works with

  • Accounts
  • ChurnScores
  • Journeys
  • Plays
  • Segments
  • Tasks
  • Renewals
  • CSM

“Which of my accounts dropped more than 15 points on their ChurnScore this month?”

  • CS manager

“Which accounts are marked Stuck on the onboarding Journey, and at which milestone?”

  • Head of Customer Success

“How much renewal value is due in the next 60 days for accounts in the At Risk segment?”

  • CSM

“Which users at Oakline Dental logged in this week, and which features did they use?”

“Which Plays created the most tasks last month, and how many were completed?”

  • Renewals manager

Changes, governed

What the assistant can prepare in ChurnZero

The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

  1. 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
  2. 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
  3. 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
  4. 4 Saved and logged Written to ChurnZero under a named person.
  • Create tasks for each account in a segment

Creating tasks across more than 20 accounts needs the CS manager to approve.

  • Update a renewal date or amount on an account

Renewal amount changes above $10,000 need the head of customer success to approve.

  • Send an email campaign to users at at-risk accounts

Campaigns to more than 50 contacts always need the CS manager to approve.

Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.

Why it needs care

Governance built for ChurnZero

ChurnZero tracks what named users do inside your product, next to renewal values and CSM notes. User-level activity can be limited to the CSMs who own the account. A changed renewal amount moves the forecast, so changes above $10,000 go to the head of customer success. Campaigns to more than 50 contacts need the CS manager.

  • Sign-in by work email

Only people you invite, with a one-time code. No shared logins.

  • Roles per tool

Each role reaches only the ChurnZero records it needs.

  • View only, if you prefer

Admins can keep a connection to lookups with one switch.

  • A preview first

Every change is shown in full before anything is saved.

  • Approval rules

Above your limits, a second person approves the change.

  • One audit log

Every request tied to a named person, ready for review.

ChurnZero questions

Can ChatGPT explain a ChurnScore change?

Yes. Ask why an account's ChurnScore fell and you get the factors that moved, such as logins or support tickets, straight from ChurnZero. Each CSM sees only the accounts their role covers.

Can it report on Journeys?

Yes. The assistant can say which accounts are on track, behind or stuck on a Journey and which milestone holds them up, so a manager can plan help where it is needed.

Can the assistant start Plays or campaigns?

It prepares the tasks or campaign and lists every account and contact involved. The CSM confirms, and anything that emails many customers waits for a manager before ChurnZero sends it.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our ChurnZero data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from ChurnZero through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.

ChurnZero is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with ChurnZero; the name describes the connection only.
