Does it work with Entrata student housing?

Yes. Questions can use beds, terms and roommate details where your communities are set up that way, and roles keep student and conventional teams to their own properties and leasing seasons.

Can the assistant send renewal offers to residents?

It prepares the offer with term, rent and any concession in a preview. The community manager confirms, and offers outside your pricing rules need the regional manager first, before Entrata sends anything.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Entrata data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Entrata through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
