Greenhouse Recruiting for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Hiring managers walking into a debrief want to know who has not submitted a scorecard. In Greenhouse Recruiting, that question and others like it now go to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot: candidates in each job stage, missing scorecards, offers waiting for approval, prospects in the pipeline. Each person reaches only jobs where they sit on the hiring team, and offers follow your approval chain. Your recruiting operations lead joins us for a guided pilot to set it up.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in Greenhouse Recruiting
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to Greenhouse Recruiting under a named person.
-
Move a candidate to the next job stage
Confirmed by the job's recruiter or hiring manager; interviewers cannot move candidates.
-
Draft an offer with salary and start date
Offers follow the Greenhouse approval flow, and salaries above the band also need finance.
-
Reject an application with a chosen email template
The recruiter reviews the reason and email before anything is sent.
-
Send scorecard reminders to interviewers
The coordinator confirms the list; no approval is needed.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for Greenhouse Recruiting
Greenhouse holds scorecards with candid notes on real people, plus offer details and optional demographic answers. Interviewers see only the jobs they help with. A stage move or rejection is shown in full before it happens, and an offer above band needs extra sign-off. If a candidate later asks who read their scorecard, the answer is on record.

Greenhouse Recruiting questions
Does it respect Greenhouse hiring team permissions?
Yes. In the pilot, mcpbizapps roles are mapped to your Greenhouse user permissions, so an interviewer only reaches the jobs they are on and a hiring manager only reaches their own openings and candidates.
Can it summarize scorecards before a debrief?
Yes. A hiring manager can request a scorecard summary for one candidate, grouped by attribute and recommendation, and see who has not submitted yet. The summary draws only on scorecards that person may already read.
Does it see EEOC or demographic answers?
Not unless you allow it for a specific role. Most teams keep voluntary demographic answers out of the assistant entirely, and Greenhouse already separates them from the hiring team view.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Greenhouse Recruiting data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Greenhouse Recruiting through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
Greenhouse Recruiting is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Greenhouse; the name describes the connection only.
