AI assistants for recruiting and applicant tracking
Recruiters and hiring managers ask the same things every week: where each candidate stands, who still owes interview feedback, which offers are waiting for sign-off. Connected through mcpbizapps, an AI assistant answers from your applicant tracking system and prepares the next step, such as moving a stage or drafting an offer. People make every hiring decision, offers follow your approval chain, and each request is logged by name.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Pipeline status for hiring managers
A hiring manager asks how many candidates are in each stage for their open role and who is waiting on them, without logging in to the applicant tracking system.
-
Interview feedback follow-up
Recruiting coordinators see which interviewers have not submitted feedback after 48 hours and prepare reminders, so debriefs happen on time.
-
Offer preparation and approvals
A recruiter drafts an offer with salary, start date and equity, and the assistant routes it to the hiring manager, finance and HR for approval before it goes out.
-
Recruiting reports for leaders
Talent leaders ask for time to fill, source of hire and offer acceptance by department, using live data from the hiring system.

What to control in Recruiting
Recruiting systems hold personal data for people who do not work for you yet: resumes, contact details, interview notes, salary expectations and sometimes voluntary diversity answers. Hiring decisions also carry legal risk if handled unfairly. With mcpbizapps, roles keep interview notes and diversity data to the people allowed to see them, the assistant never rejects or hires anyone on its own, offers above your salary bands need extra approvers, and the audit log shows who looked at each candidate.

Recruiting questions
Does the AI assistant decide which candidates move forward?
No. It answers questions about candidates and prepares actions such as a stage move or a rejection email, but a recruiter or hiring manager reviews each one and confirms it. Hiring decisions stay with people.
Who can see interview feedback and diversity data?
Only the roles you allow. Interview feedback is usually limited to the hiring team for that job, and voluntary diversity answers are typically kept from interviewers and hiring managers entirely, matching how most applicant tracking systems separate them.
Can it send an offer letter?
It can prepare the offer with the details filled in. The offer then follows your approval chain, such as the hiring manager, finance and HR, and only goes to the candidate after each approver signs off.
