Does the SAP acquisition change this connection?
No. SAP completed its purchase of SmartRecruiters in 2025 and has said SmartRecruiters continues as a standalone product. We connect to the SmartRecruiters account your team uses, whether or not you also run SAP SuccessFactors.
Can hiring managers read hiring team reviews?
Yes, for jobs where they are on the hiring team. They can get ratings and comments summarized per candidate before deciding on next steps, which they then confirm for themselves.
Can it publish job ads?
It can prepare a job and submit it to job approval. Publishing to job boards happens in SmartRecruiters after approval, so ads only go live once the right people have signed off on the role.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our SmartRecruiters data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from SmartRecruiters through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
