Can team leads approve attendance in Personio this way?

Yes. A team lead asks which attendance periods wait for approval, reviews the hours in the preview and confirms. Closed payroll months are protected by an extra approval from payroll.

Are sick leave details shared with managers?

Only as far as your roles allow. A common setup shows a manager that someone is absent and when they return, while the absence type and any medical certificate details stay with HR.

Can it report on absences without naming people?

Yes. Leaders can ask for totals by department or office, and roles can limit them to grouped figures so individual absences are not shown. This suits works council reporting and leadership reviews.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Personio data?
