Does it follow Bob permission groups?

Yes. During the pilot we match mcpbizapps roles to the permission groups you already use, so a manager reaches their own reports and a site HR lead reaches only that site.

Can managers see team availability without seeing leave reasons?

Yes. Managers can ask who is off and when, so they can plan cover, while the type of leave, such as sick or family leave, stays visible only to the HR roles you choose.

Does it help with HiBob review cycles?

It can show which reviews are open, late or complete in a cycle, by manager or department, so HR can follow up. Review content and ratings stay with the roles that already see them.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our HiBob data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from HiBob through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
