Can ChatGPT read Planhat end user activity?

Yes, for roles you allow. A CSM can ask which end users at a company are active or dropping off and get names with last activity dates from Planhat, limited to the companies that CSM owns.

Can the assistant change licenses in Planhat?

It prepares license changes, such as a new renewal date or value, and shows the before and after. The owner confirms, and changes above the amount you set wait for a leader.

Does it work with Planhat workflows?

It can report on workflows running on each company and prepare one from a template. Workflows that email customers need approval above your limit before they start, so a large send always has a second reader.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Planhat data?
