Docebo for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

Docebo often trains employees, partners and customers on one platform, so the first question is always whose learners you mean. Learning teams, managers and partner programs can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about course and learning plan enrollments, completion by branch, instructor-led sessions, expiring certifications and course ratings. Each person stays within the branches their role covers. Enrollments are previewed and confirmed. Branch rules are agreed first, in a guided pilot.

Ask in a sentence

What can your team ask Docebo?

Questions from learning administrator, sales enablement manager, customer education lead and others, answered from live Docebo data and only for the people allowed to see them.

Records it works with

  • Courses
  • Learning plans
  • Enrollments
  • Branches
  • ILT sessions
  • Certifications
  • Groups
  • Course ratings
  • Learning administrator

“Which users in the Partners EMEA branch enrolled in the product onboarding learning plan but have not started?”

  • Sales enablement manager

“Which account executives have not completed the Q3 pricing course yet?”

  • Customer education lead

“How did course ratings for the admin fundamentals course change since the new version went live?”

  • Team manager

“Which of my reports have a certification expiring this quarter?”

Changes, governed

What the assistant can prepare in Docebo

The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

  1. 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
  2. 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
  3. 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
  4. 4 Saved and logged Written to Docebo under a named person.
  • Enroll a group of users in a learning plan

Enrollments over 100 users or into paid content need the learning administrator to approve.

  • Move a user to a different branch

Branch moves between employees and partners need a learning administrator to approve.

  • Cancel and rebook an ILT session enrollment

The learner's manager confirms the change; no further approval.

Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.

Why it needs care

Governance built for Docebo

Employees, partners and customers can share one Docebo platform, separated only by branches and groups. A channel manager reaches partner branches; an HR manager reaches employees. The preview lists exactly who an enrollment or branch move will affect, and a move across audiences needs an approver. Views of a learner's progress are kept with the viewer's name.

  • Sign-in by work email

Only people you invite, with a one-time code. No shared logins.

  • Roles per tool

Each role reaches only the Docebo records it needs.

  • View only, if you prefer

Admins can keep a connection to lookups with one switch.

  • A preview first

Every change is shown in full before anything is saved.

  • Approval rules

Above your limits, a second person approves the change.

  • One audit log

Every request tied to a named person, ready for review.

Docebo questions

Can it keep partner and employee learners apart?

Yes. Roles can be scoped by branch, so a channel manager only reaches partner branches and an HR manager only reaches employee branches. Answers name the branch, which avoids mixing audiences in reports.

Does it support Docebo learning plans?

Yes. People can ask about learning plan progress, which courses inside a plan are holding learners back, and enroll groups after reviewing the preview of exactly who will be added and when.

Can customers use it to ask about their own courses?

That is possible but usually not where teams start. Pilots focus on admins and managers first. Any learner-facing setup is limited to each person's own enrollments, course results and certifications, never anyone else's.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Docebo data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Docebo through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.

Docebo is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with Docebo; the name describes the connection only.
