The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

Litmos questions

Is Litmos still part of SAP?

No. SAP sold Litmos in 2022 and it now runs as its own company. Many teams still call it SAP Litmos, and the connection works the same whichever name your team uses.

Does it work with Litmos teams and sub-teams?

Yes. Roles can follow your team structure, so a regional leader sees their sub-teams and a store manager sees one store. Answers name the team behind each figure, so totals are easy to check.

Can it reset assessment attempts?

It can prepare a reset for a learner. The team leader confirms it, and resets on courses marked as required need the training manager to approve before Litmos is updated.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our Litmos data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from Litmos through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
