360Learning for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot

In 360Learning, many employees author courses and comment openly, which makes it a busy place to find answers. Learning teams and group managers can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about path and course progress, learner reactions and comments, program sessions and course requests from teams. Group managers reach only the groups they manage. Enrollments and reminders are never sent without review. 360Learning is brought online in a guided pilot.

Changes, governed

What the assistant can prepare in 360Learning

The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.

  1. 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
  2. 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
  3. 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
  4. 4 Saved and logged Written to 360Learning under a named person.
  • Enroll a group in a path

The group manager confirms; enrolling several groups needs the learning manager.

  • Send a reminder to learners who have not started

The learning manager confirms the list and message before sending.

  • Add learners to a program session

Programs with a facilitator cost need the L&D budget owner to approve.

Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.

Why it needs care

Governance built for 360Learning

Because 360Learning invites open comments and peer authoring, learner data and feedback travel widely. Group managers see their own groups. A reminder or enrollment is shown with its recipients and message before anything goes out, and program seats with a facilitator cost need the budget owner. Views of learners' progress and comments are logged by person.

  • Sign-in by work email

Only people you invite, with a one-time code. No shared logins.

  • Roles per tool

Each role reaches only the 360Learning records it needs.

  • View only, if you prefer

Admins can keep a connection to lookups with one switch.

  • A preview first

Every change is shown in full before anything is saved.

  • Approval rules

Above your limits, a second person approves the change.

  • One audit log

Every request tied to a named person, ready for review.

360Learning questions

Can course authors see who took their course?

If your 360Learning settings allow it, yes. The assistant follows the same rule, so an author can ask for completion and reaction summaries on their own courses without reaching other learner data.

Does it help with course requests?

Yes. L&D can ask which course requests are open, how many people asked for each, and which experts might author them, which helps the L&D team decide what to build next.

Can it build a course in 360Learning?

Course authoring stays in 360Learning with your experts. The assistant helps with questions about progress, reactions and requests, and prepares enrollments and reminders for the right people to review and confirm.

Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our 360Learning data?

No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from 360Learning through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.

360Learning is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with 360Learning; the name describes the connection only.
