HighRadius for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
HighRadius serves two teams at once, and the assistant respects that split. Treasury asks Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot about forecast accuracy and cash by bank. Receivables staff ask about unapplied payments, collections worklists by analyst, open deductions by reason and credit reviews coming due. Access follows business unit and function, and larger applications or write-offs wait for an approver. HighRadius is connected through a guided pilot that agrees the modules in scope.

Ask in a sentence
What can your team ask HighRadius?

- Collections worklists
- Deductions
- Credit reviews
- Customers
- Treasury manager
“How accurate was last month’s receivables forecast by week, and which customers paid later than predicted?”
- Collections analyst
“Which accounts on my worklist owe more than $50,000 and have a broken promise to pay?”
- Cash application specialist
“Which payments received yesterday are still unapplied, and why did matching fail?”
- Deductions analyst
“Which open deductions from Northway Grocers are for pricing, and how old are they?”
- Credit manager
“Which customers have credit reviews due this month, and which are over their limit?”
- Order-to-cash director
“How has days sales outstanding changed by business unit over the last three months?”
Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in HighRadius
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to HighRadius under a named person.
-
Apply an unmatched payment to suggested invoices
The specialist confirms the match; applications above $100,000 need the cash application lead.
-
Log a promise to pay and a follow-up date
A promise to pay is a note on the account, so the analyst confirms it without a second person.
-
Prepare a write-off for a small invalid deduction
Write-offs above $2,500 need the deductions manager and a finance approver.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for HighRadius
Payment habits, credit limits and the forecast treasury funds against all live in HighRadius. A payment applied to the wrong invoices, or a deduction written off too easily, distorts every one of them. The preview lists invoices, amounts and the customer before anything is applied, and large applications or write-offs need a lead to agree.

HighRadius questions
Does it cover both treasury and receivables in HighRadius?
Yes, under separate roles. Treasury staff ask about forecasts and cash positions, while collections, cash application and deductions teams work with their own records. We agree the modules in scope during the pilot.
Can it explain a forecast miss?
Yes. It compares the forecast with actual receipts and payments by category and customer, then names the biggest differences, so treasury can see whether late payers or timing caused the miss.
Will it write off deductions on its own?
No. It can prepare a write-off with the reason and amount, and the person confirms it. Write-offs above your limit need the deductions manager and a finance approver before HighRadius records them.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our HighRadius data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from HighRadius through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
HighRadius is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with HighRadius; the name describes the connection only.
