ServiceTitan for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot
Office and field teams on ServiceTitan can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot which jobs are unassigned on today's dispatch board, which memberships have visits due, which estimates stayed open after a sold call and which invoices are unpaid. mcpbizapps keeps CSRs, dispatchers and technicians to their business units. Cancelling a membership with prepaid visits left needs the service manager. We begin with a guided pilot.

Changes, governed
What the assistant can prepare in ServiceTitan
The assistant never saves on its own. It prepares the change, the person checks the preview and confirms, and anything above your limits waits for an approver.
- 1 Prepare The assistant drafts the change from the request.
- 2 Preview and confirm The person sees exactly what will change.
- 3 Approve Above your limits, a second person decides.
- 4 Saved and logged Written to ServiceTitan under a named person.
-
Reschedule an appointment and assign a different technician
Moving more than six jobs in one go needs the service manager, since it reshuffles technicians' days.
-
Apply a discount to an estimate or invoice
Discounts over 10% or $500 need the general manager to approve.
-
Cancel or pause a membership
Cancellations of memberships with prepaid visits remaining need the service manager to approve.
-
Send follow-up reminders on open estimates
Reminders to more than 25 customers at once need the service manager to approve.
Example rules. During the pilot you set the limits, the approvers and which roles may prepare each change.
Why it needs care
Governance built for ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan holds home addresses, membership payments and booking call recordings, plus the prices technicians present at the kitchen table. Technicians see their own jobs and CSRs see booking details. Discounts over 10% or $500 need the general manager. Reminders to more than 25 customers wait for the service manager, so nobody gets nagged twice.

ServiceTitan questions
Can ChatGPT read the ServiceTitan dispatch board?
Yes. A dispatcher can ask about unassigned jobs, technician availability and arrival windows for today or tomorrow, and the answer comes from ServiceTitan as it stands. Roles can limit dispatchers to the business units they cover.
Does it understand ServiceTitan memberships?
Yes. The assistant can report on active, expiring and cancelled memberships, which recurring visits are due, and which customers renewed. Changes such as a cancellation are prepared as a preview with your approval rules.
Can technicians ask about a customer before arriving?
Yes. A technician can ask about past jobs, equipment and open estimates at the location on their next appointment. Their role keeps them to the jobs assigned to them, so they do not browse other customers.
Does mcpbizapps keep a copy of our ServiceTitan data?
No. When someone asks a question, mcpbizapps reads the answer live from ServiceTitan through a dedicated integration user and returns it without storing it. The audit log records who asked, which tool ran and the result, with personal fields and free text removed.
ServiceTitan is a trademark of its owner. mcpbizapps is not affiliated with ServiceTitan; the name describes the connection only.
