AI assistants for hotels and restaurants
Front office managers, revenue managers and GMs ask the same questions every shift: who is arriving, which rooms are dirty, how sales compare with last week. mcpbizapps lets Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot answer from your property management and point of sale systems, for the property each person works at. Rate overrides, folio adjustments and comps are shown first and go to a manager above your limits.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Arrivals and room readiness
A front office manager asks which VIP arrivals are due before noon, which of their rooms are still dirty and which reservations have special requests, without running three reports.
-
Shift sales for restaurant managers
A GM asks how tonight's sales and covers compare with the same night last week, which menu items sold out and which servers had the most voids.
-
Revenue and pickup checks
Revenue managers ask how occupancy and average daily rate are pacing for next month, how a group block is picking up and which rate plans sell best by channel.
-
Folio and check corrections
Staff prepare a folio adjustment or a check discount for a guest issue, see the amount first and send anything above policy to a manager for approval.
Real questions
Questions people ask in Hospitality apps
A sample from the app pages. Each answer comes live from the app, for the people allowed to see it.
- “Which arrivals today are VIP level 2 or higher, and are their rooms inspected?”
- “Which checks today had a discount over $40, and who applied it?”
- “Which rate plans sold the most room nights for next month so far?”
- “Which meeting spaces are booked next Wednesday, and for which companies?”
- “Which devices are using the brunch menu, and is the terrace floor plan active?”

What to control in Hospitality
Hotels and restaurants hold guest names, stay history and payment details, and staff change every shift. Losses come from a folio credit or comp outside policy, a rate override that undercuts revenue or guest data seen by the wrong person. Staff only reach their own property and duties, card numbers never appear in answers, and adjustments past your limits go to a manager. Night audit and loss reviews can see who asked for each one.

Hospitality questions
Can an assistant see guest credit card numbers?
No. Answers include reservation, folio and check details, but full card numbers stay with your payment provider and property system. Roles can also hide guest contact details from staff who do not need them for their duties.
Can it give comps or rate overrides?
It prepares them. The staff member sees the amount and reason in a preview and confirms, and anything above your limits, such as a comp over $50 or a rate below your floor, waits for a manager to approve.
Does it work across several hotels or restaurant locations?
Yes. Roles decide whether a person sees one property or many. A regional director can compare locations, while a shift manager only reaches their own, and every answer names the property it comes from.
