AI assistants for identity and security tools

IT admins and security analysts answer access and risk questions all day: who can reach this app, why a sign-in failed, which laptops raised a detection overnight, which controls are failing before the audit. Connected through mcpbizapps, an AI assistant answers from live identity and security data within each person's role. It prepares actions such as suspending a user or isolating a host, and an approver confirms them. Every request carries a name.

Every app is available

Identity and security apps you can connect

Each app gets the same sign-in, roles, previews, approvals and audit log. We connect each one for your team in a guided pilot.

Use cases

What teams use it for

  • Access questions and reviews

IT admins and app owners ask who has access to a sensitive app, through which group, and which leavers still have an active account, before an access review.

  • Sign-in troubleshooting

Help desk staff ask why a person cannot sign in, whether their account is locked or their second factor was reset, and prepare a lockout reset for approval.

  • Detection triage

Security analysts ask which hosts raised high severity detections overnight, what the process tree looked like, and whether the same file appeared elsewhere.

  • Control and test status

Security and GRC leads ask which controls are failing, which tests need evidence, and which people have not finished security training before an auditor visits.

Governance

What to control in Identity and security

Identity and security tools hold the keys to everything else. One wrong group change can give an intern admin rights, and isolating the wrong server can stop a factory line. With mcpbizapps, read and write roles are separate, privileged groups and admin roles are kept out of reach unless you allow them, every access grant, suspension or containment is previewed and needs a second approver, passwords and secrets are never returned, and each lookup of a user or host is tied to a named person.

Identity and security questions

Can an AI assistant grant admin access?

Not on its own. It can prepare a group or role change, but privileged changes always need a second approver, and you can block admin groups from the assistant completely. Every grant appears in the audit log with both names.

Can it isolate a laptop during an incident?

It can prepare the containment with the host name and reason. An approver, such as the on-call security lead, confirms it before the action runs, so a quick decision still has two people behind it.

Will the assistant ever see passwords or secrets?

No. Connections are set up so that passwords, recovery codes and secret values are not returned to the assistant. It works with names, statuses, group memberships and events, which is enough to answer access questions.
