AI assistants for billing, subscriptions and payments
An AI assistant connected to billing and payment software answers what support, finance and revenue teams ask each day: why a customer was charged, which invoices failed, how a dispute is going, when the next payout lands. mcpbizapps keeps each person to the accounts and actions their role allows, shows every refund, credit or plan change as a preview, requires a second approver for anything that moves money and logs each request by name.

Use cases
What teams use it for
-
Billing answers for support
Support agents look up a customer’s subscription, last invoice and failed payment in seconds while on a call, then prepare a credit or refund that finance approves.
-
Failed payments and dunning
Revenue teams ask which accounts are in dunning, how much is at risk this month and which customers retried successfully, so collections calls go to the right people first.
-
Disputes and chargebacks
Finance asks which disputes are due for a response, what evidence was sent last time and how the win rate looks by reason, before deadlines pass.
-
Payout and settlement checks
Accountants match payouts and settlements to bank deposits by asking for fees, refunds and adjustments in each batch, which shortens the monthly reconciliation.

Governance
What to control in Billing and payments
Billing and payment platforms move money to and from customers and suppliers, so mistakes cost cash at once and are hard to reverse. The real risk is an unapproved refund, payout or bank detail change. Roles decide who may look up accounts and who may prepare credits, refunds or payments. Previews show the exact amount, account and reason before anything is sent. Every change that moves money needs a second approver, with no exceptions. The audit log names both the requester and the approver.

Billing and payments questions
Can a support agent issue a refund through the assistant?
They can prepare one. The refund appears as a preview with the amount, charge and reason, and it is sent only after a second person approves it. You can also set limits so larger refunds go to a finance lead.
Does mcpbizapps see full card numbers?
The assistant works with the billing records your platform shows to an integration user, such as customer, plan, invoice and charge status. Card details stay with your payment provider, and mcpbizapps does not store business data from look-ups.
Can it change prices or plans for a customer?
It can prepare a plan change, coupon or credit as a preview, showing what the customer will pay next. Your approval rules decide who signs off, for example a sales manager for any discount over a set percentage.
